1986 – Mobile Dental Clinic for the Ministry of Health (MOH)
In the same year we designed and manufactured three units of these dental clinics for MOH. The mobile dental clinic is basically a bus that serves as a clinic. It has external power supply to power the air-conditioning, the dental chairs, x-ray machine, lights, sterilisation equipment and other electrical appliances)

1987 – Our first factory. In 1987, we leased a 20,000 sq ft temporary land from JTC at Jalan Pesawat and there we built our first factory.
In the same year that we built our own factory at Jalan Pesawat, we were awarded a contract by Changi International Airport Services (CIAS) to design and build two hi-lift refrigerated catering trucks that can reach up to 5.6 m above ground. The scissor lifts were from Air Marrel.

1992 – Mobile Control Tower
(1992 was a busy year for us. In the same year, we were awarded a contract to design and construct five (5) units of the mobile control towers for the Republic of Singapore Air-Force (RSAF). This is a self-sustained control tower mounted on wheels and can be used in normal operations as well as in an emergency)

1992 – Pontoon for Kanematsu Engineering in Japan
1992 was a first for us to design and build a pontoon for Japan. This pontoon is used for dredging and has to be transportable by container truck for overland transport. In order to achieve this, we built a detachable pontoon that can be detached easily and transported by 40-ft containers)

2001 – Mobile Link Bridge for Singapore Cruise Centre
In 2001 we were awarded a contract by PSA to design and build a mobile gangway similar to the aerobridges used at the airport terminals. The requirement of this gangway is that it must be able to dock to any type of cruise ships that call at their port from their seven (7) metre high elevated cruise terminal to any ship up to 12 m high.

2004 – Mechanical ramp for PSA and 2 more for Jurong Port in 2007
In 2004, We designed and built a mechanical ramp for port operations. This ramp is to be used for barges carrying containers from neighbouring islands. The ramp is designed for carrying truck and trailer load of up to 65 ton and is built in accordance to BS5400 and BS6349 standards)

2008 – PSA Spreader Test Bed
In 2008, we were awarded a contract by PSA to design and manufacture 2 spreader test beds. The test bed is used to simulate a load on the spreader by hydraulic mean. This information is then captured on a computer system to determine the condition of the spreaders used in PSA ports.

2009 – Battalion Casualty Station (BCS) for Head Quarter, Army Medical Service, MINDEF
In 2009 we were awarded a contract by MINDEF to design and manufacture 58 units of Battalion Casualty Stations (BCS) for use by Head Quarter, Army Medical Services. These units were deployed to all the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) battalions for treatment of mass casualties.

2013 – Rapidly Deployable Maritime Container (RDMC)
In 2013 we were awarded a contract to design and manufacture 2 units of RDMC. These expandable containers are based on an ISO container footprint and can be expanded to be used as an operating theatre and ICU unit. They were used by the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN).

2016 – Self Contained Storage Containers
In 2016 we designed and manufactured 11 units of storage container which uses solar energy to power air-conditioning system for the storage of equipment in the container. These containers are used by the SAF to store heat sensitive equipment without electrical power availability.
